We are much more aware of the layers that go into sustainability now compared to when we first started in 2018: with processes, fabrics, circularity, human rights, dyes used, threads, etc. It’s not just about changing fabric or planting trees. Each one of these layers has layers within of varying levels of ‘sustainability’.

As we continue to research, develop, and learn, we will continue to update our sustainability goals. We are working on shifting to a space where we are circular, biodegradable, and use recycled fibers to create garments that can last for years. It feels more accurate to say we will always be progressing in sustainability practices.

Each creation is designed, pattern drafted, and cut/handmade in our home studio in Houston, Texas. Our garments are made in the USA with Imported or made in USA fabrics. Since each garment is handmade by our founder, please allow slight variations in your final piece.

We’ve approached this as a slow-fashion model and follow a made-to order process. Most of our products have drop down options to select certain measurements for bust, waist, and/or hips. We create your piece based on measurements you select.

Order volumes vary at any given time. This is why we ask to allow 5-10 days for us to sew your piece(s).

For our Special Occasion items, a form will pop up for you to fill out. This form helps us gather basic information to get started on your piece. We may contact you if we need to clarify information you shared or help with getting more measurements. A fitting may be required- this ensures you are happy with the fit of your garment before the final piece is made.

Each piece is created in your measurements and handmade in our home studio. We don’t carry any inventory! For most of our clothing items, please allow 5-10 days for the completion of your piece.

For Hair Accessories, your piece will be completed within 2 days of you placing the order.

For Special Occasion, details about when the garment is needed, when you are able to complete your fittings, and where on the schedule you may fall will determine completion time. Allow 3-6 weeks for the entire process.

After your piece is completed, shipping may take 3-5 business days. You will be updated when your piece has been completed and when your new favorite piece is heading your way! Woohoo!

Each item you purchase is made just for you and with your measurements. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds. A lot of care, love, and time goes into creating your piece- please be considerate of this when placing your order.

If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment, alterations can be done at an additional cost. Reach out to us at hello@audyssy.com within 14 days of delivery so we can see what can be done.
